The Rules of
the App.

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("you", "User") and TapTapTec ("we", "us", "our") governing use of TapTapLearn ("the App"), including all updates and related services. By creating an account, installing, or using the App, you accept this Agreement on your own behalf and on behalf of any child profile you create. If you do not accept, do not create an account or use the App.

1. Eligibility and Parental Responsibility

TapTapLearn is an educational app designed for children ages 2–14 to use under a parent or legal guardian's account and supervision. By accepting this Agreement, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are the parent or legal guardian of any child who uses the App through your account. You are responsible for supervising your child's use of the App and for all activity under your account, including account creation, child profiles, subscription purchases, and voucher redemptions. Parent Zone and purchases sit behind a parent check (new accounts start with the adult arithmetic question; you can choose a PIN, or your account password — available only while an email-and-password sign-in is linked) intended to be passed only by an adult.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use by your household.

This is a license, not a sale. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the App, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the App or any part of it.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or copyright marks.
• Use the App to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to interfere with the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App's systems, our servers, or third-party services we rely on.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

4.1 What you can buy

A selection of games can be played free of charge. Each free game can be started twice per day, and each start lasts up to three levels. The current free selection is shown inside the app and may change from time to time. TapTapLearn offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock more of the library — there are no ads in the App, and no separate "remove ads" purchase, because the App never shows ads in the first place. The available scopes and tiers are:

All tiers within a scope unlock the identical set of features — only the billing period differs. Actual prices may vary by region/currency and are always shown, and confirmed by you, before purchase; the prices above are our current published pricing and may not yet be reflected in every storefront region at the time you read this.

4.2 Auto-renewal disclosure

4.3 Free trial

The All Games annual tier is currently offered with a 7-day free trial. Trial length and terms are always clearly shown before you start it, and the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited once a paid subscription begins.

4.4 Payments and refunds

All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the applicable store:

4.5 Restoring purchases

Purchases require a signed-in TapTapLearn parent account and are linked to that account. If you reinstall the App or use a different device, sign in to the same TapTapLearn parent account and the same Apple ID or Google account, then use Restore Purchases in the App. Deleting your TapTapLearn account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.

5. Voucher Codes

TapTapLearn supports promotional voucher codes (for example, distributed through school partnerships) that grant free access to some or all of the same entitlements as a paid subscription, for a limited time. Voucher codes: have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, resold, or transferred; are limited to the number of redemptions and expiry date set for that specific code; can be redeemed once per account; and must be entered by a parent or guardian from a signed-in parent account. We may deactivate a voucher code, or an entire campaign of codes, at any time — including after distribution — if we detect misuse.

5.1 Gift codes

You can buy a TapTapLearn plan as a gift. A gift is a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play; it does not renew. After the store confirms payment, we email you a gift code, and we also email it to the person you are giving it to if you enter their email address. The following applies to gift codes in place of the promotional rules above, which do not limit them:

• 5 years to use it. A gift code can be redeemed for 5 years from the day it was bought. After that it no longer works.
• The plan starts when the code is redeemed. The gifted plan's time (for example, 1 month or 1 year) begins on the day the code is redeemed, not the day it was bought.
• If the plan is no longer offered. If the plan in the gift has been retired before the code is redeemed, the code gives the closest current plan of the same or greater value: it covers the same games (One Category, 25 Games or All Games) for the same length of time or longer. You will never get less than what was bought.
• One use. A gift code can be redeemed once, by one parent account. You may give it to anyone, but it has no cash value and must not be sold.
• If you delete your account. A gift code you bought keeps working for the person you gave it to, for the rest of its 5 years. We remove your email address and gift message from our records when you delete your account.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from (Section 4.4). If a gift is refunded before it is redeemed, or after you redeemed it on your own account, the code stops working. If someone else has already redeemed it, their plan continues.

6. Updates, Availability, and Service Changes

We may release updates and new versions of the App. Some updates may be required for the App to continue functioning. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

8. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting your account (Parent Zone → Delete Account inside the App, or see our account deletion page) and ceasing all use of the App. We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without notice, if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, but the sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TAPTAPTEC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $25, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TapTapTec and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of the App, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply, and in the event of any conflict between this Section 12 and the rest of this Agreement with respect to your Apple App Store usage, this Section 12 controls:

• This Agreement is between you and TapTapTec only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) you paid for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
• TapTapTec, not Apple, is solely responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to applicable legal requirements, and claims arising under consumer-protection or similar legislation.
• In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your use of it infringes that party's intellectual property rights, TapTapTec — not Apple — is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

13. Google Play-Specific Terms

If you obtained the App from Google Play, your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this Agreement and has no responsibility for the App or its content. Refunds for purchases made via Google Play are handled under Google's refund policy (see Section 4.4 above).

14. Export Controls

You may not use or export the App in violation of applicable export laws and regulations, including the export laws of the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country embargoed under those laws, or on any sanctioned or restricted-party list.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, except where consumer-protection laws in your country of residence grant you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

16. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and TapTapTec regarding the App and supersedes any prior agreements between you and us relating to its subject matter.

18. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes will be highlighted in the App on next launch. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.
